		<description>A good program but a bad way to fund it. Don&#039;t all citizens of NH benifit from programs that conserve our heritage. That includes renters and those like my father who has lived in his home for over 50 years. Why is just the current crop of buyers that have to pay this tax! And it sure has worked out well with this current decline in sales and house prices hasn&#039;t! The only reason this was put through is the legislature figured there wern&#039;t enough people to complain. Don&#039;t let it happen again.</description>
