I was very happy with the 1031 course and John Hamrick. The class was VERY informative and I learned a lot of information that I can use to help my clients better understand the 1031 Exchange process. John was a very good teacher and has a great personality for this type of work! I also enjoyed the tour of Kittery Estates and the lunch! Now I will be able to explain what type of facility Kittery Estates is to people when they inquire. Very helpful!

Congratulations to Scott Gove of The Gove Group, Ken Ernstoff of The Bean Group and Peter Lewis of Peter Lewis Coastal Realty for passing the pre-test given by instructor, John Hamrick. According to John, no one has ever aced the pre-test in his classes. Great job gentlemen—you do the seacoast proud!
