Thanks for sharing this info – I fear too many people do not understand the risk being taken if there is defect; in spite of being able to obtain title insurance. It will be interesting to see if lenders actually take notice. All to often the goal is simply “close the loan” with no regard for potential problems in the future.

Good Stuff!! I feel negotiating or overcoming objections is the most essential skill a salesperson can have! Why go face to face, the best reason is that people find it very hard to say no in person and very easy via e-mail or phone.
